This Appenzeller Fondue is shipped to us direct from our partners in Switzerland. It is a ready-made cheese mix which can be poured straight into the Caquelon (Fondue cooking pot). Fully melted and heated up, it tastes fantastic! Appenzeller cheese comes from the Appenzell area in the east of Switzerland, where cows graze on lush mountain meadows! This gives the Appenzeller Fondue its unique taste! Compared to other Fondues this mixture certainly has a stronger flavour – think mature cheese as opposed to a mild cheese flavour.

The packet contains a sealed bag, containing 400g Fondue mix – an ideal quantity for 2 people!
