Orders and Delivery for the Fondue Box

How far in advance should I order the Fondue Box?

We recommend placing an order as far in advance as possible to ensure you get your date of choice.
Another reason is that Fondue bread should be not too fresh! A one day old bread would be perfect. This allows us to source bread accordingly.

How to order?

We want to be sure  that we provide The Fondue Box according to your exact requirements. It is therefore important to answer a few questions as listed on the order form. See the order form here!

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver the Fondue Box within the areas outlined below and under the following conditions:

The general region: Stratford-upon-Avon – Southam – Banbury – Moreton In Marsh – Bourton on the Water – Broadway Stratford-upon-Avon. A delivery charge of £3.50 applies in this area.

Free of charge delivery applies within the following area:      Shipston on Stour – Pillerton Priors – Gaydon – Hornton – Wroxton – Lower Brailes – Cherington – Shipston on Stour.

Any delivery to outside the above general region by special request only.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order but a delivery charge may apply.

How and when do we deliver “The Fondue Box”?

Everything will be packed in a sturdy container box, ready for you to start the party! We deliver The Fondue Box right to your doorstep, according to the date and time agreed  on an individual basis.

Hesitate to prepare a Fondue/ Nervous about preparing your first fondue?

For a small additional fee of £20 we are more than happy to prepare your first Fondue on-site in your kitchen (Covid19 regulations allowing) and once prepared we will depart to allow you to enjoy it in the comfort of your own home!

When do we pick up the Fondue box?

We will pick up the Fondue Box the following day at a mutually agreed time.

Accidents happen: What if something breaks or gets damaged?

We count on the honesty of our customers and expect that any damages will be mentioned during the pick-up, or in the case of a “not at home pick-up”, will be reported on the enclosed form.

Order cancellation

Occasionally, circumstances might require you to cancel your order. We would ask anyone who needs to cancel a booking to inform us as early as possible. The order amount will be fully refunded, or if the delivery is already on its way to you an administration fee of £10 applies.

How to order?

Simply select the product/s you want to order and click “ADD TO BASKET”. You will then see all selected products and the total of your order. Here you can modify the quantity and update the basket. Changes are immediately calculated and visible. Then “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” to complete your order. Subsequently you will receive an order confirmation by Email.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order but a delivery charge may apply..

Shippment cost

Free shippment applies for all orders above £40.   For orders below £40 we add £3.50 shippment cost to your order.

When do I receive my order?

Product orders are shipped 1st class.

Shippment of Fondue cheese

Please note that we only shipp orders for Fondue cheese Monday – Thursday (11.30am). Orders placed after 11.30am on a  Thursday – Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
